How to use the baby fetal doppler monitor
A. when to hear
Hear Your Baby's Heartbeat as Early as 10-12 Weeks. Pregnant women should hear three times a day, moring, noon and night. Each time for 1-2 mins. Your heart beats at about 60-80 beats per minute, the fetus has a heart rate between 120-180.
Morning: 30 mins after you get up
Noon: 60 mins after lunch
Night: 30 mins before going to bed.

B. start to hear
• Place a little gel on your abdomen. Vegetable cooking oil, olive oil are also practicable, they can squeeze out the air in the skin pore, and help the baby fetal doppler probe contact the skin sufficiently.

• Place the probe on the gel,do not forget to turn on the fetal heart doppler.and move the probe slowly on the right of your abdomen under navel,then middle,and left. For the first time to hear baby heatbeat,go to the doctor and ask them to find the beat area, then you can easily find your baby's heartbeat around the area，cause every Mami has a relatively permanent heartbeat area. Lying pose is best especially for naughty baby.

• Move the probe slowly in circular motion, this baby fetal doppler monitor has a high sensitivity, and can easily catch the beats. not try to read the display until you can hear the beat. commonly, Mami's beat is about 60-80(bpm), baby's heart beat is between120-180.

C. some useful suggestion:
• Don't worry if you couldn't hear the beat before 10-12 weeks, how early a baby heatbeat can be heard dues to large number of factors.

• Using fetal heart Doppler monitor to hear heartbeat is more important when the fetal grows to more than 5 months when the heartbeats do not run everywhere,and that's the time when Mami lose the interests of the baby's beat. We suggest hearing heart beat three times a day for the whole 7 months,not hearing once an hour for the first one or two months, and none after that.

• Some Mami might get much too worried about the baby's heartbeat. And this will increase anxiety which is not healthy. Just according to the routine time,three times everyday. Always be happy, and go to the doctor regularly.
