Chinese Character tattoo—”gui lao”
by Alice on May.08, 2009, under Special tattoo, Tattoo & Body Art, Tattoo Ink, Tattoo Machine & Guns, Tattoo Supplies, Tattoo images, Tattoo kits, Tattoo needle
With the development of economy and culture, more and more foreigners come to China for business and travelling. Those who can’t speak English didn’t understand what these foreigners spoke and also didn’t know what are theirs names. So they gave them a nickname “gui lao”. Still now, many people call the foreigners this nickname, and most of them know it. I think this person had experienced being called “gui lao” by Chinese, maybe he think it sounds good and then tattooed in body–Really very interesting.

Interesting Skull Tattoos

Peeping skull tattoo: Creepy yet funny!

Creepy skull tattoo . What makes it less fear provoking is the mocking way the skull looks like peeping out of its shell to know what’s going around in the outside world and the best thing is the place where this is tattooed. I don’t think, it means the guy is not pure at heart, right? On a personal note, I found this tat creepy yet funny!
Scared-stiff: Skull and snake tattoo!
It was horrifying, right? Here’s yet another skull tat accompanied by a snake. Snake and skulls is not a weird combo as both are fear provoking. What makes this tat incredible is the imagination like who could think of inking snake entering one eye of the skull. In a nutshell, it’s a cool tattoo that’s a bit foreboding
A skull and two lizards tattoo: Truly Imaginative!
This one is definitely scary and innovative too. As y’all can see, there are two lizards (one above and one below) and the tail of one coming out of the eye of the skull…undeniably novel and imaginative!
Grateful dead tattoo-Does it scare you?
Yet another skull tattoo and once again not dreadful! At least doesn’t scare anyone, does it? Based on the image by the Grateful Dead, I like the flowers all around the skull! A nice piece of art, I must say!
Skulls on my skull
Ever thought skull tattoos could make you roll with laughter? Breaking the perspective of skull tattoos being scary, here’s a very cool skull(s) tat that is sure to make you smile for a while. Actually it’s not the tattoo that makes you smile but the cool hair partition. I really like the tattoo this fellow has on his head and the hairstyle too, which actually makes space for the tattoo on one side. I think the other side doesn’t have any tattoo, but would still love to check out the other side too!
Creepy x-ray tattoo!
Getting a fetus tattooed was something novel kinda, a tattoo conveying some silent message, none the less it was admirable. Here’ someone who got x-ray of the baby (yet to be born) inked on the stomach. This indeed is creepy! What say? Skeleton tattoo-Innovatively cool!
Skeleton tattoo
Now this has to be a marvel. Indubitably, we’ve witnessed numerous skeleton tats but this gotta be the most attention grabbing tat ever, ain’t it? Imagine someone has his full back covered and that too with a skeleton tat! Innovatively cool is what I have to say for this tat.
Wittily cute - Skull guns tattoo!
Yet another skull tat that will make you laugh or at least smile for a while but surely won’t scare you. It’s a skull tat with two guns facing left and right! Dunno why this tattoo fanatic got two guns inked but finding logic in art and that too while getting the body inked sounds dim-witted. I didn’t find it scary at all, did you?
